All of our products are handmade. In particular, the Hair Topper Silk Base line uses a more complex crochet technique, which requires additional time and effort to ensure quality. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver the best product possible.

We are committed to producing and shipping your order as quickly as possible while maintaining high standards of quality.

📦 Estimated Shipping Time:

• USA: 5–7 business days
• Europe, Canada, Australia: 7–9 business days
• Asia: 3–5 business days
• Other countries: 6–9 business days

🚚 Shipping Fees:

• Free shipping on orders over $100
• A flat fee of $5 applies to orders under $100

📅 Shipping Schedule:

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent.
• If you don’t see the email within 1 business day, please check your spam or promotions folder.

📍 Address Accuracy:

• If incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days.
• Please carefully review your shipping and billing details before checking out to avoid delays.

📬 Signature Requirement:

• Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
• If you're not home to receive it, you can request the package be held at your local post office for redelivery.
