• All original tags must be intact, product must be in its original packaging.
• The eturn/exchange request must be submitted within 30 days from the shipping date.
• - After submitting your request, you must send the product to a designated warehouse based on your region.
• - The warehouse address will be provided via email from our support team after your request is approved.
• - Please ship the item within 7 days of receiving the warehouse details. Requests will be voided if the item is not shipped within this timeframe.

• - Any products that have been altered, worn, washed, or damaged.
• - Examples include: cut or damaged lace fronts, use of styling products, or any modifications from the original condition.
• - Custom orders, clearance items, and gift gallery items.
